As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for validating new DRAM compute products, ensuring they meet our high standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing validation tests and hardware for silicon testing
- Executing validation tests and analyzing results
- Categorizing silicon issues for fast and accurate reporting
- Investigating results with functionality or margin issues
- Correcting and mitigating software and hardware limitations
- Reporting all findings to Design Readiness and working to root cause
- Collaborating with other teams on issue repeatability and correlation
Growth within Validation:
- Expanding validation coverage by analyzing DRAM functionality and margin
- Contributing to validation testing with new python-based sequences
- Becoming an expert on validation coverage and operation
- Being a technical resource for tester operation and capability
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience and technical knowledge of DRAM architecture and functionality
- Solid Circuit-level knowledge, simulation and debug experience
- Advanced knowledge and experience with C/C++/Python
- A Bachelor's Degree + 3-5 years or Master of Science + 1-2 years of relevant experience, major in one of the following: Computer Engineering - Electrical Engineering
