**About the Role**

Uber Freight's Visibility Operations team provides premium support to shippers through carrier outreach and stakeholder management. We're seeking a Service Risk Resolution Specialist to monitor and problem-solve service risks in real-time.

Our mission is to bring real-time shipment visibility to customers and a positive experience to carriers. The Tracking and Visibility team focuses on delivering this value every day.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Monitor an inbound queue of escalations and resolve service risks as they occur
  • Make proactive service decisions impacting customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor impacted loads to ensure service objectives are met
  • Triage issues and loop in key stakeholders as needed
  • Communicate decisions and provide process feedback to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with account management teams to create a best-in-class service experience

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1-2 years of related experience

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's Degree or some college experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a support or customer service role
  • Working knowledge of Google Suites/Excel
  • Experience in the logistics or Freight industry
  • High proficiency using computers (typing, quickly navigating between various tools)
  • Bilingual
  • Will to work early mornings and occasional holidays in an operational environment
