The Carrier Billing Specialist I will be responsible for ensuring all daily required tasks are completed in accordance with department policy and procedure guidelines. They will also assist with customer rejected invoices, general ledger coding, and customer and carrier system rule creation. Additionally, they will conduct regular reporting using Microsoft Excel to assess the unbilled invoices for a customer's account.
The successful candidate will have a strong ability to communicate effectively with internal staff, operations managers, and external carriers to ensure proper invoice resolution. They will also be able to investigate problems applicable to potential system issues and report to management.
