Alstom is seeking an experienced Installation Supervisor to lead the execution of installation activities on field and onboard. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and supervising the installation work, ensuring compliance with project schedules and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare installation work, including 4M checklist, material availability, design documents, and skilled resources.
- Train and support installation workers and subcontractors on working fronts, clarifying doubts and task priorities.
- Supervise execution of installation on field and onboard, applying method statements and installation procedures.
- Ensure EHS requirements are met, reporting any non-conformances to the PrIM and quality team.
- Develop installation activities with other team members, following instructions from Leader Installation Supervisor, PrIM, and Field Operation Manager.
- Experience in installation supervision, with a focus on project execution and quality control.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and support installation workers and subcontractors.
- Knowledge of EHS regulations and procedures, with the ability to ensure compliance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
