DRAM Verification Engineer for Advanced Memory Solutions

Job Description
You will work with innovative design and verification teams using state-of-the-art memory technologies to develop advanced DRAM products. Your key responsibilities include:
- Developing patterns and regressions to increase function coverage for all DRAM architectures and features.
- Providing support to design engineers, debugging failures, managing bug tracking, and closing coverage.
- Collaborating with international colleagues on developing new verification tools and flows to solve verification difficulties.
- Designing and implementing mixed-signal verification environments for advanced DRAM products.
Requirements for Success
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent with emphasis on VLSI design and/or verification.
- A fluent understanding of CMOS circuit design principles.
- Familiarity with analog simulation methodology and tools, such as HSPICE and PRIMESIM.
- Basic knowledge of digital simulators like Verilog and UVM Methodology (or equivalent).
- Good programming fundamentals with Python programming skills preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
