About the Role

We're seeking an Accounting Coordinator (Accounts Receivable Specialist) to support our daily billing activities. This includes issuing and delivering invoices, as well as managing collections for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and process accounting information with high accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and compile reports as needed.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers regarding invoices and payments.
  • Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy and reconcile accounting information.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping, including data entry and receivable experience.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Office products.
  • Proficient in English with ability to listen and communicate both verbally and in writing.
