Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process enhancements and equipment modifications.
- Monitor equipment and process reliability, addressing problem areas to optimize performance.
- Analyze engineering change notices, determining necessary changes and implementing them effectively.
- Provide engineering support for planning, development, operation, and maintenance of equipment, processes, or facilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Process.
- Intermediate English level.
- Decision Making and Critical Thinking, Lean Manufacturing, Manufacturing Processes, Manufacturing Safety, Problem Management Process - MFG.
