**Job Summary**
Capital One is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiting Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team in Mexico City. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support the growth and success of our organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, marketing Capital One's talent brand, screening candidates, advising hiring managers, and negotiating job offers.
- Source stellar candidates by leveraging search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques.
- Provide a great end-to-end recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Advise clients and leadership on market trends and recommend more effective ways to attract and recruit great talent.
- Develop candidate pipeline strategies to fill open positions (e.g., talent marketing, LinkedIn sourcing, referrals, etc.).
**Requirements:**
- Intermediate-Advanced English fluency.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
- At least 2+ years of experience in recruiting, human resources or client consulting experience.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification.
- At least 3+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting – full life cycle, research, and sourcing.
- At least 1+ year of experience consulting with multiple hiring managers while developing excellent working relationships.
- Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse HR talent.
- Experience in compensation and general HR requirements related to hiring.
