Overview

PepsiCo is a leading food and beverage company with a rich history of innovation and growth. We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Modeling and KPIs Associate Manager to join our Corporate Strategy and Transformation team.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing financial models and implementing metrics to evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives. This will involve tracking project value, supervising analysts, and delivering presentations to leadership. Additionally, the role will involve implementing, maintaining, and further developing the Value Realization Framework and template documents used by adjacent teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop KPIs and Financial Models: Create KPIs and financial models for strategic initiatives to improve decision-making and transparency.
  • Manage Value Realization Framework: Implement, enhance, and coach implementation teams on the Value Realization Framework and associated templates.
  • Supervise Analysts: Oversee and develop analysts in both direct report and project manager settings.
  • Report and Showcase Successes: Create reports and case studies to articulate the value proposition and highlight team successes.
Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in finance and analytics. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Power-BI, and statistical modeling.
  • Resilience, initiative, ability to explain complex concepts, and effective supervision of associates.
  • Preferred 3 years in CPG and/or consultancy.
  • COVID-19 vaccination is a condition of employment for this role.
