Overview

PepsiCo is a leading food and beverage company with a rich history of innovation and commitment to excellence. As a Storage Associate Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and scalability of our global storage infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Service Providers and key stakeholders to provide storage support and ensure availability of infrastructure services.
  • Review service levels, KPIs, and metrics to ensure service levels are met through regular operational reviews.
  • Assist in the design, communication, and implementation of strategies, technology roadmaps, standards, processes, and services.
  • Ensure security and track out-of-support equipment still in use across infrastructure.
  • Establish a forecast model and anticipate demand across infrastructure services.
  • Provide change governance and change ownership across infrastructure services.
  • Perform financial forecasting and manage project and operational budgets.
  • Stay abreast of new and emerging technologies and processes.
  • Evolve and apply to continuously improve IT services.
  • Make and influence technical and business decisions.
  • Work closely with Supplier Relationship Team to foster healthy supplier relationships.
  • Partner with Architecture and Engineering Leaders to establish criteria and execution for project delivery and production support.
  • Lead the triage of complex problems and ensure restoration or quality of service.
  • Develop opportunities for cross-team effectiveness and remove organizational barriers.
Qualifications
  • Technical subject matter expertise in Dell Storage portfolio, Storage Automation, Scripting, and Azure NetApp Files.
  • At least 5 years of operational experience in technical platforms, project delivery experience, and strong analytical skills.
  • Leadership and communication skills, experience in CPG industry, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.
