About the Role

The Security Operations Center (SOC) Engineer - Level 1 will provide technical support for security technology solutions globally, performing core security processes such as vulnerability management, threat analysis, security monitoring, and incident response.

This role serves as a multi-discipline technical resource in initiatives to continually improve the security infrastructure and operating procedures.

The successful candidate will stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and identify opportunities to propose improvements to TD SYNNEX's Cyber Protection, detection, and response capabilities.

The responsibilities include reviewing current security measures and processes in all geographies TD SYNNEX operates in, identifying and addressing areas of weakness, and responding promptly to possible security breaches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute core security processes such as vulnerability management, threat analysis, security monitoring, and incident response (40%):
  • Perform health checks and compliance reviews, prepare regular KPI reports for leadership (20%):
  • Improve process automation and orchestration (10%):
  • Ongoing support and enhancements for TD SYNNEX's global suite of security technologies (30%):

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with an IT field of study required:
  • 3+ Years of relevant work experience:
  • Fully Trilingual in English and French:
