About The Role
We are looking for an experienced professional to join our CX team as an Account Management Team Lead for the Italian Market.
You will report directly to the Director of Account Management and work hand in hand with other Area Managers to achieve upselling, retention, satisfaction, and renovation goals for existing clients.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in management roles, with at least 2 years of sales experience
- Upselling, cross-selling, and customer relationship management skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in both English and Italian
- Able to work in a constantly changing environment and manage multiple responsibilities
