Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory levels through effective planning and execution of MRP and MPS.
  • Define actual MPS in manufacturing plants to achieve delivery date expectations.
  • Manage optimal inventory levels through MRP and MPS execution for Asia suppliers.
  • Update ERP quarterly with prices, parameters, and corresponding files.
  • Execute and issue monthly and annual purchasing plans to Finance.
  • Manage planned activities in Warehouse and negotiate product with suppliers.
  • Work with Traffic area to ensure timely transportation programming.
  • Provide feedback on product availability and negotiate with suppliers.
  • Implement and monitor performance indicators of suppliers.
  • Contribute to accounts payable by preparing cash flow and requesting payment of invoices.
Requirements
  • Industrial Engineering or Administrative Degree.
  • 3 years of experience in similar positions.
  • APICS CPIM, English (advanced), MS Office, ERP's.
Impact to the Business
  • Level of Autonomy: Work independently and make decisions.
  • Span of Control / Key Relationships: Suppliers, Demand planning, Sales, Marketing, Warehouse.
