Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join our team at Jabil Circuit. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating non-recurring orders of parts, equipment, and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Issue purchase orders for materials using price quotes, terms, and conditions for parts, equipment, and services.
  • Resolve invoicing and freight discrepancies.
  • Create and maintain quality system documentation and may be responsible for audits and corrective action tracking.
  • Gather, analyze, maintain logs, and prepare correspondence, reports, order requisitions, and other material.
Requirements
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to operate a personal computer, including using a Windows-based operating system and related software.
  • Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil's software packages.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and read and understand visual aids.
