**Job Summary:**

We're looking for a highly skilled individual to manage the project development function, developing new products that meet commercial specifications. If you have a passion for innovation and leadership, this is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and success.

**Responsibilities:

Business Case Management: Develop feasibility assessments and contribute to the review of business cases to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Business Planning: Contribute to the development of annual business plans and estimate financial and human resources required to achieve performance targets.

Culture of Innovation: Foster a culture of creativity and collaboration by implementing innovative solutions, such as idea generation platforms and hackathons.

Functional Strategy Formation: Contribute to the formation of functional strategy through specialist expertise and insights.

Innovation Strategy, Pipeline, and Roadmap: Provide research and ideas to prototype innovation business cases and shape the innovation strategy, pipeline, and road map.

Product and Solution Development: Define and deliver products and services that meet customer needs by selecting the best approaches available within established systems.

Stakeholder Engagement: Identify stakeholders, their needs, and concerns, and engage them through meetings and events to promote understanding and commitment.

Budgeting: Deliver budgets for areas of the organization or conduct complex analyses on budget progress.

Leadership and Direction: Communicate local action plans, explain how they relate to the function's strategy and action plan, and motivate people to achieve local business goals.

Organizational Capability Building: Use the organization's development framework to identify individual development needs and implement actions to build capabilities.

Performance Management: Develop and propose performance objectives, take actions to ensure achievement, and use performance management systems to improve personal performance.

This role requires a deep understanding of business drivers, innovation strategies, and market trends. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement projects that drive business growth and success.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
