Salary and Benefits

Job Description

In this role, as a Salesforce Developer, you will transform design and product vision into working products, developing, customizing, and enhancing functionalities of Salesforce. You will contribute to the development of a cutting-edge platform empowering our organization's digital capabilities for patients and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with agile/scrum team members to craft clear user stories, design tests for prototypes, and continuously deliver product enhancements
  • Maintain and develop digital products (client-facing applications) and deliver enhancements through CI/CD practices
  • Proven track record in Salesforce solution development, including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Heroku, or integrated services like Web Services and Call Centers
  • Utilize agile engineering practices and various software and web development technologies to rapidly develop creative and efficient solutions enhancing customer and employee experiences
  • Continuously demonstrate and validate developed functionality
  • Ability to work in complex environments and enjoy autonomy

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis, product management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience developing software with a strong orientation towards Salesforce-based technologies and ideally experience in DevOps models and agile methodologies
  • Proficiency in CSS, HTML, JavaScript, LWC, Python, Rest API, SOQL, SQL, SSJS, Veeva, and Visualforce
  • Experience in Salesforce development is mandatory
  • Knowledge of multi-org Salesforce platform architecture and its supporting infrastructure components
  • Familiarity with design patterns, design-driven development, continuous deployment, highly scalable applications, and application security
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process complex information
  • Fluency in English language
