Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient team performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and excellent leadership skills.

About the Role:

  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Inspect storage areas for organization, use of FIFO principles, and cleanliness to optimize inventory management and minimize waste.
  • Complete scheduled inventories and stock supplies as needed, while maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees to achieve their full potential.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and security protocols, reporting any incidents or hazards to management promptly.
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to Marriott International's standards, providing personalized attention and addressing their needs proactively.
  • Maintain awareness of guest preferences and feedback, using this information to enhance services and improve overall guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals, share knowledge, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in hospitality management, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business results.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.

Salary Estimate: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
