**Job Summary**

Regal Rexnord is seeking a highly skilled Data Analysis Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business intelligence team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data analysis and visualization solutions to drive business growth and improvement.

**Responsibilities**

* Collaborate with functional leaders to design and implement data analysis and visualization solutions
* Identify data needs and work with Master Data leaders to create and maintain data sets
* Work closely with Master Data Management teams to standardize data fields and governance
* Design and publish business-critical data sets for consumption in data visualization dashboards
* Lead the implementation of data analysis technical framework and best practices
* Manage data analytics team bandwidth and workload, negotiating priorities with business leaders to ensure business continuity
* Responsible for staff augmentation in data analytics team
* Champion data analysis best practices and standardization of data visualizations

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or comparable professional experience
* Strong verbal and writing communication skills, with a strong understanding of Supply Chain systems or ERPs
* Experience working with Analytics and data visualization tools, with a strong understanding of Power BI
* Cross-functional knowledge of a manufacturing business, with experience in Structured Query Language (SQL)
* Conversational English skills
* Experience managing a team of data analysts
* Leadership and negotiation skills
