Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Lenovo. As a Premier Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support to our customers, focusing on Azure-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems, resolving complex technical issues related to Azure Stack HCI, Azure Kubernetes Service, Microsoft Windows Server, and other Azure products.
  • Document technical inquiries and develop content for knowledge base articles to improve customer support and reduce resolution times.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including software development, quality assurance, and product management, to resolve technical issues and improve product quality.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Azure products and services, including Azure Arc, ARM, and Azure Resource Bridge.
  • Participate in pre-release testing, validation, and documentation of new Azure features and services.
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in technical support, with a strong background in Windows-based products, including Azure Arc, ARM, and Azure Resource Bridge.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with ticketing software, such as Jira, Dynamic365, or Salesforce, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Language skills: English (fluency required).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with storage area networks and storage technologies.
  • Experience with SDS technologies and S2D architecture.
  • Knowledge of network common architecture design and DCB networking.
  • Experience with server remote management and scripting languages, such as Bash, Python, and PowerShell.
