Job Description

Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence.

We are seeking a highly skilled Analog Circuit Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for creating physical layouts of transistors, resistors, and capacitors for analog circuits used in the development of memory products.

This includes building layouts that meet process rules and verifying that they match schematics. You will also work on floor planning, routing, and power bus design.

As an expert in this field, you will collaborate with an exceptionally talented core team and peer teams across Micron's global footprint in a multiple projects-based environment.

Responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing analog circuit layouts
  • Verifying layout designs against schematics
  • Floor planning, routing, and power bus design

Successful candidates for this position will have:

  • Coursework in CMOS Circuit Design and VLSI
  • Experience using Cadence Virtuoso
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • A self-motivated, enthusiastic team player who enjoys working with others
  • Good communication and documentation skills

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, with excellent benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
