Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Active Directory Domain Services Customer Engineer to join our team at Better Future Solutions Inc.

This is a full-time contract position with a duration of 12 months.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assess client needs and recommend AD DS-based solutions that meet their business requirements.
  2. Design and implement AD DS-based solutions, including domain architecture, group policy, identity management, and authentication.
  3. Provide technical support for AD DS-based solutions, including troubleshooting issues, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
  4. Manage AD DS-based projects from conception to completion, including planning, executing, and closing projects.
  5. Train clients on the use of AD DS-based solutions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services, including domain architecture, group policy, identity management, and authentication.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and supporting AD DS-based solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management experience.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, and CCNA are a plus.
Work Arrangements

This is a full-time contract position with a duration of 12 months.

The successful candidate will be required to commute to Guadalajara, Mexico.
