About the Position

We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, sales-driven, diligent, tenacious, and detail-oriented.

The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for ensuring positive client experiences and working with our Project Manager and Strategist to quickly respond to client questions, complaints, or general comments.

Responsibilities

The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring our inbox for client communications and responding or directing to the correct person
  • Responding to all client messages within 30 minutes during regular business hours
  • Responding to cancellation requests and offering a consultation call
  • Requesting testimonials
  • Collaborating with the Account Strategist for upsell strategies
  • Leading in monitoring our channel during business hours
  • Sending regular messages to clients regarding tasks, account status, completion, etc.
  • Responding to client questions regarding the app, app account, or other technical issues
  • Introducing new features to clients and being a source for answering questions
  • Collecting materials from clients and putting them in the appropriate place
  • Reading and following our training and working to improve it over time
  • Attending daily team meetings and participating with constructive ideas
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent written English skills for communicating with our clients
  • A reliable, stable, and fast internet connection
  • Diligence and a desire to stay organized and communicate clearly
  • Project management experience
  • Digital marketing experience and knowledge (a plus)
  • Friendliness, diligence, and a desire to work within a proven process and recurring daily workflow
  • Comfortable working virtually and being self-directed
  • Availability to work during normal business hours (9am-5pm EST, Monday-Friday)
