Job Title: Director Of Engineering

At Susurros del Corazón, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Engineering to lead our engineering team and oversee all aspects of the engineering and maintenance operations for our private seaside enclave.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the engineering team and ensure the appearance, functionality, and integrity of the property are optimized.
  • Implement strategies that support efficiency and sustainability in engineering operations.
  • Mentor and inspire a team of engineers to foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and proactive maintenance practices.
  • Manage key talent and culture processes, including recruiting, performance management, and team and culture development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years' experience as a Chief Engineer in a hospitality field.
  • Proven leadership, management, and administrative skills.
  • Successful management of key talent and culture processes.
