Job Description
As a Product Owner at Danfoss, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success. You will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product backlogs, collaborating with stakeholders to align strategic roadmaps, and ensuring the conceptual integrity and adoption of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize product value through close alignment with stakeholders and prioritization of key features.
- Collaborate with business teams, development teams, and support functions to define, drive, and align the strategic roadmap.
- Built and communicate product vision, progress, and priorities to stakeholders and IT teams using digital tools.
- Understand business needs, pain points, and processes in business management reporting development to ensure usability and effectiveness.
- Prioritize backlog items based on business value with guidance from business leaders and subject matter experts.
- Work closely with stakeholders and communications colleagues to develop onboarding tools, guidelines, and policies around tool utilization.
- Ensure continuous product delivery and timely support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Five plus years of experience working as a Product Owner or similar role.
- Excellent collaboration skills in a global organization with personal, professional, and cultural diversity.
- Proven ability to build a unified product strategy based on facilitating stakeholder collaboration and securing buy-in from senior leaders.
- Proactive drive to interact with stakeholders as advisor and sparring partner to influence decisions and ensure governance.
- Strong experience in user experience reporting design and understanding of Agile principles.
- Understanding of Azure DevOps, Salesforce, SAP reporting, and Microsoft reporting tools.
- Strong communication skills, including conflict management, emotional intelligence, and change management techniques.
- Can-do attitude that anticipates customer-centric solutions and demonstrates frontline passion for customer needs.
- Extensive business knowledge, with a preference towards data analytics in commercial operation management areas.
