About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Operations Manager to join our Americas Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operational topics for the LatAm market, working closely with our suppliers, warehouse, and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize the process from product shipment to last-mile delivery
  • Collaborate with the Customer Excellence team to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with the Americas S&OP team to monitor sales velocity and provide insights for forecasting supply
  • Oversee and analyze operational workflows to optimize procedures and reduce costs
  • Develop strategies to automate processes with suppliers and warehouse partners
  • Provide strong support for CN offline business growth, including warehouse and logistics service providers, manufacturing vendors, sales managers, and dealers
  • Ensure efficient process handling from order to cash to delivery

Requirements

  • Graduation degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Production, or a related field
  • Previous working experience with operations and/or supply chain and/or Last Mile in Mexico
  • Fluency in English
  • Positive mindset to overcome problems and find out-of-the-box solutions
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and production
  • Analytical strength and ability to make evidence-based decisions
