About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Analyst Procurement Specialist to join our team at Solidigm. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the entire procurement process, from sourcing to payment, using SAP MM and Ariba.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Procurement Process Management: Develop and implement efficient procurement processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  2. SAP MM and Ariba Configuration: Configure and maintain SAP MM and Ariba systems, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.
  3. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, and logistics, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the procurement process.
  5. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on SAP MM and Ariba systems, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
  6. Staying Up-to-Date: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new SAP features and functionalities related to procurement and materials management.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Senior Consultant or Solution Architect or System Analyst in SAP implementations, with a focus on SAP S/4 Hana, SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, and SAP Fieldglass.
  3. Skills: In-depth knowledge of SAP MM, PP Ariba functionalities, system configuration, and integration with other SAP modules. Understanding of production planning and materials management processes in manufacturing environments.
Desirable Qualifications
  1. Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile methodologies and practices is desirable.
  2. SAP Certification: SAP certification(s) in Materials Management (MM), Ariba, and/or Production Planning (PP) would be an advantage.
