**Key Responsibilities:**
- Understands and applies Information Technology standards to daily support and project implementation activities
- Apply conceptual knowledge of business processes and technology to solve complex problems
- Identify and assess new technologies and concepts that can add value to the business
- Manage and/or perform the analysis, design, development and testing of SAP/SD, SAP/CCM, SAP Pricing, SAP ecommerce solutions and other apps in line with agreed timeframes, business requirements and global standards
- Maintain production systems reliability through correct utilization of GIT standard support and Governance processes
- Support day to day business requirements according to Global SLA
- Deliver solutions to solve business requirements considering priorities and resources available
- Partner with internal Information Technology Organizations such as Global Development, Risk Management, Global Shared Service Organization and other cross-functional business units as necessary
- Build and maintain positive relationships with peers, business partners, customers and external resources to deliver business requirements
- Participate and contribute in special projects or initiatives such as institutional programs, committees and others
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, Business or equivalent experience
- Advanced English
- Portuguese (desired)
- Knowledge of Retail Execution and SAP Sales and Distribution processes, SAP Pricing
- Desired knowledge in SAP Sales Cloud, SAP S4-Hana, SAP CPI, SAP ABAP, SAP PI
- Desired knowledge in, Python, Java, Java Script, Google Scripting, Google Cloud Platform
- At least 2 years in an IT Role developing, configuring and implementing SAP/SD, SAP Pricing, SAP/CCM or such similar applications, preferably in the private sector and a consumer goods organization
- Desired experience working with field sales, eCommerce applications, and/or CRM platforms
