About The Role

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team and drive organic growth for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in marketing and SEO, with a passion for B2B SaaS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to boost search engine rankings and organic conversions.
  • Drive organic MQLs and opportunities by optimizing the site for organic conversions.
  • Collaborate with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are followed throughout website content.
  • Work with marketing and editorial teams to create SEO-optimized content.
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research and optimization.
  • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
  • Build and execute link-building strategies.
  • Consult on website architecture, content, linking, and other SEO factors.
  • Set and track measurable goals to demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
Requirements
  • English: We require a C2 English level, either bilingual or native, as this is indispensable.
  • Education/Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience in Marketing/SEO (3+ years experience).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console. Basic understanding of HTML and CSS. HubSpot experience is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent time management, communication, and presentation skills. Client-facing experience is essential. Creative thinking, attention to detail, and a focus on adding value to every touch point, process, project, or task they are a part of are highly valued.
  • Solid background in creating strategies across multiple channels, for multiple audiences/personas.
  • Can collaborate across multiple departments and stakeholders to collect and organize information in a user-friendly manner.
