Nos encontramos en busqueda de Community manager para importante empresa Inmobiliaria, la zona de trabajo es el primer cuadro de la ciudad. El sueldo publicado para esta contratación es el publicado (libre de impuestos)

Nota: se requiere un nível de Ingles avanzado para interactuar con clientes y proveedores en E.U.A favor de tomar en cuenta ese dato al postularse, Entrevista 100% en Ingles.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Desarrollo de Estrategia de Contenido:

- Colaborar para garantizar la alineación visual y conceptual de

las estrategias de contenido.
- Trabajar en conjunto con el Digital Marketer para integrar las estrategias de

contenido con las campañas publicitarias y la generación de leads.
- Crear una estrategia integral de contenido que refleje la identidad de la

marca, sus valores y su enfoque hacia la arquitectura, la hospitalidad y el

desarrollo inmobiliario.
- Identificar temas relevantes y oportunidades para crear contenido original y

atractivo que genere interacción y participación.
- Producción de Contenido:

- Coordinar con la productora de contenido gráfico y visual para la creación de

material visual atractivo y coherente con la marca.
- Colaborar con el Digital Marketer para desarrollar contenido que respalde las

campañas publicitarias y maximice la generación de leads.
- Generar contenido creativo y de calidad para diversas plataformas,

incluyendo redes sociales, blogs, boletines informativos y otros canales

digitales. Las estrategias de contenido orgánico llevarán la aprobación de la

Dirección Comercial.
- Escribir copias persuasivas y atractivas que impulsen la participación y el

compromiso de la audiencia.
- Gestión de Comunidad:

- Fomentar la participación de la comunidad mediante la organización de

concursos, encuestas, chats en vivo y otras iniciativas de compromiso.
- Identificar tendencias y temas relevantes dentro de la comunidad y utilizar

esa información para informar las estrategias de contenido y

comunicación.Trabajar en sinergia con el Digital Marketer para garantizar una

comunicación coherente y efectiva en todas las interacciones con la

comunidad.
- Participar activamente en la gestión de comentarios, preguntas y

conversaciones en línea, complementando las iniciativas del Digital Marketer.
- Desarrollar estrategias para la gestión de crisis y el manejo de objeciones,

abordando situaciones delicadas con profesionalismo y empatía, y ofreciendo

soluciones constructivas cuando sea necesario

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência previa en roles de contenido digital, marketing de contenidos o gestión

de comunidades, preferiblemente en la industria de la arquitectura, la hospitalidad o

el desarrollo inmobiliario.
- Excelentes habilidades de redacción y edición, con capacidad para adaptar el tono

de voz y el estilo de la marca.
- Conocimiento sólido de las tendencias y mejores prácticas en redes sociales, SEO y

marketing de contenidos.
- Colaboración Interdepartamental:
Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con la productora de contenido gráfico y visual para

garantizar coherencia visual.

Colaborar activamente con el Digital Marketer para integrar estrategias de contenido con

campañas publicitarias y objetivos de generación de leads.

Ofrecemos: Sueldo libre de impuestos negociable de 22,000$ a 25,000$ predtaciones de ley y horarrio de lunes a viernes.
