**Job Summary**:
Citi is seeking a highly skilled Data Steward Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Data Governance group, you will be responsible for developing process improvements, solutions, and streamlining operational workflows.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Partner with business teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to enhance data quality and governance.
- Apply professional judgment and attention to detail when interpreting data and results based on analysis of information.
- Provide guidance and support to new or lower-level team members on data governance best practices.
- Communicate complex information to stakeholders and internal parties with tact and diplomacy.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to define business data requirements and document them.
- Report data quality issues through the Data Concern Remediation Management process.
**Requirements**:
- 2-5 years' experience in defining and implementing data quality programs, preferably in the banking or finance industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Collibra and other data governance industry standard tools.
- Intermediate proficiency in SQL and experience with Teradata and SAP.
- Demonstrated understanding of database structures.
- Flexible, team-oriented, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
**Education**:
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
