About the Role

Onda is a leading growth agency that provides premium talent to e-commerce business owners. We're seeking a skilled Paid Search Media Buyer to manage paid search advertising campaigns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for paid search campaigns across multiple search engines to meet client objectives and budgets.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-impact keywords, search trends, and audience insights to inform campaign strategies.
  • Create compelling ad copy and landing pages that align with the client's brand and messaging, and work with the creative team to develop engaging visuals that drive click-through rates and conversions.
  • Implement effective bidding strategies, targeting tactics, and campaign structures to maximize the effectiveness of the campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics and budgets as needed to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), such as click-through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC), conversion rate (CR), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Account Managers, Data Analysts, and Creative teams, to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices for paid search advertising, and share insights and knowledge with internal teams and clients.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in search advertising, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Google Ads certification and experience with other search advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
  • Experience with eCommerce D2C clients and/or digital agencies is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
