About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team at Bluelight Consulting. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Development: Collaborate with our development team to design and develop high-quality user interfaces using Python and Django.
  2. UI/UX Expertise: Utilize your expertise in full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies, to create efficient and aesthetically pleasing user experiences.
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that meet our clients' needs.
  4. Software Development Life Cycle: Participate in the full software development life cycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance, to ensure the highest quality of our products.
  5. Security and Data Protection: Implement security and data protection solutions to safeguard our clients' sensitive information.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Python and Django.
  2. Full-Stack Development: Proven expertise in full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies.
  3. Tailwind CSS: Strong experience with Tailwind CSS and a keen eye for UI/UX design.
  4. Database Management: Proficient in database management and optimization with Postgres.
  5. Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. AWS Services: Familiarity with AWS services to supplement Heroku add-ons as needed.
