About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Senior Analyst to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining requirements, developing, and post-gaming digital reporting and tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with Supply Chain/Finance leaders to compile project requests and detailed requirements.
  • Partner with IT and Data Science to identify data variances vs current trusted sources and resolve.
  • Ensure data validation vs current reporting, and partnership with IT to identify causes and resolve.
  • Execute the scoping assessment of incoming demand submissions, ensuring completeness of demand charters.
  • Lead the quarterly and annual planning of Operational Performance tool development for the Manufacturing network in Canada.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain new Analytics tools to automate supply chain reporting and improve results.
People Responsibilities
  • Support Digital skill development inside PepsiCo Canada teams with training and coaching.
Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ business or any related field, and intermediate to advanced PowerBI & PowerApps skills. Proven experience developing new Power BI reports, partnering with functional leaders to understand needs and translate into PowerBI requirements, and managing intake of Customer feedback and translating into change requirements are also required. Advanced English fluency is a must, and strong interpersonal skills and proven collaboration/teamwork experience are essential. Self-starter with demonstrated ability to initiate relationships with key stakeholders/take ownership, strong analytical skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also required.
