This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about leveraging technology to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. As a Digital Transformation Coordinator Supply Chain, you will play a key role in leading digital transformation initiatives across our supply chain, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategic plans to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with project teams to lead digital transformation activities across the supply chain.
  • Work with PMF areas leaders to ensure adoption and use of digital tools align with business priorities.
  • Implement new business KPIs and standardize them across manufacturing sites with digital capabilities.
  • Develop and implement national agenda governance for digital capabilities across the supply chain.
  • Ensure sustainability and adoption of digital capabilities across the supply chain.
  • Promote digital savvy across the supply chain and replicate best practices between national facilities.
  • Participate in lean six sigma agenda to ensure digital capabilities are a source of information.
  • Train and coach facilitators on digital capabilities across the supply chain.
  • Develop digital agenda learning for PMF to deliver train-the-trainer programs.
  • Support on-site activities related to the Smart Manufacturing Project.
  • Track project success metrics and risks from a scope, schedule, and KPI perspective.
  • Support integration planning for site venues impacted by the Smart Manufacturing Project.
  • Work across functions to synchronize project activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanics, Electricity, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or similar field.
  • Advanced Excel and computational tools such as Power BI.
  • Advanced English and Spanish work proficiency.
  • Strategic planning and high sense of organization with a focus on achieving excellent results.
  • Promoter of change and organizational development.
  • Controls and Information Systems experience or knowledge.
  • Direct experience with large-scale change initiatives.
  • Excellent management, talent development, and teamwork qualities.
  • Capacity for numerical analysis and synthesis.
  • Experience working in digital transformation projects.
  • Experience in technologies.
  • Skilled at collaborating across functions, sectors, and business boundaries effectively.
  • Team work and leadership/coaching capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively up and down the organization.
