At Baxter, we are committed to saving and sustaining lives through innovative medical solutions. As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing economical manufacturing processes for new and existing products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating on new product development core teams to provide manufacturing input and identify extended manufacturing team resources.
  • Developing and implementing process changes through fabrication, welding, purchasing, and assembly.
  • Managing the implementation of product design and process changes to ensure quality and compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop PFMEAs, Control Plans, Capability Studies, and other process qualification/validation activities.
  • Driving continuous improvement and lean manufacturing methodologies into production through the use of New Product Introduction (NPI) process tools and structured DFx analysis.

A Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent combination of work experience and education in a specific technical discipline is required.
