Job Summary

Nordson Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Materials Handler Associate to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and supplies throughout our production process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Accurately receive, store, and issue materials and supplies to meet production demands.
  • Warehouse Operations: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Supply Chain Logistics: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and supplies.
  • Production Support: Assist in staging and packaging materials, as well as maintaining inventory records and associated documentation.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in cycle counts and year-end physical inventory activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1+ year of related experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or supply chain logistics.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook; ability to learn new software applications; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Working Environment

The Materials Handler Associate will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, requiring the ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods. The ideal candidate will be available to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
