About the Role

The Logistics Operations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring smooth and timely freight process flow, accurate data entry, and tracking of ocean export files. You will also interact with customers to arrange international shipments and contribute to maintaining good relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow
  • Accurate and timely data entry into operational systems
  • Track and trace ocean export files and reporting
  • Use Global Ocean Export Monitor daily
  • Ensure documents are timely sent and shipping notices communicated to overseas and customers
  • Accurate and timely client and vendors billing
Requirements:
  • 6 months to 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A good understanding of Expeditors' Products and Services
  • Fluent in English
  • Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
