Purpose and Objectives:

The S/4HANA Cloud Consultant will serve as a trusted partner to our customers, guiding them through their cloud journey from initial deployment to continuous value engineering. This role requires a deep understanding of the cloud business model, ERP processes across functional borders, and a service-oriented attitude focused on achieving customer satisfaction.

The Consultant role will be at the core of our customers' and SAP's success, primarily a strategic relationship function accountable for overall services and support engagement and successful delivery of DBS services.

  • Application-specific solution consulting (TM - Implementation: creation of business blueprints, execution based on blueprints, creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go-live support, and post-go-live support. Agile methodology use cases.)
  • Performance of feasibility studies/solution reviews
  • Support of pre-sales activities such as commercial proposals

Expectations and Tasks:

  • Live and breathe the cloud business model and its implications for implementation and post-implementation service business
  • Ensure customer success, satisfaction, and referenceability for S/4HANA Cloud customers
  • Understand S/4HANA Cloud business capabilities and value, differentiate S/4HANA Cloud and On-Premise solutions
  • Promote methodology, tools, and processes to ensure successful customer adoption
  • Deliver agile services in a fast-changing environment
  • Support the industrialization of the implementation process
  • Understand and practice value-based "fit to standard" delivery approach
  • Support and deliver transition roadmaps between on-prem and Cloud solutions
  • Understand the adoption of the value-based innovation roadmap and guide the customer in their journey
  • Demonstrate knowledge of modeling standards and tools
  • Map and redefine business processes in the Supply Chain
  • Understand Customer Success promoting BUSINESS OUTCOMES

Work Experience:

  • Functional experience with a minimum of two years in Logistics applications
  • Experience in implementation in SAP TM or Logistics Processes
  • Involved in at least one full-cycle implementation in SAP TM
  • Good understanding of cross-industry and specific planning of business processes
  • Understand Business Processes in the Supply Chain

Knowledge in Supply Chain Management processes: Logistics execution and delivery management, inventory analytics and control, inventory management & batch control, Kanban, warehouse management, Transportation Management, MM, FI/CO, and knowledge of LE-TRA

Education and Qualification/Skills and Competencies:

  • University degree or equivalent work experience
  • English: Professional
  • Spanish fluent
