SAP S/4HANA Cloud Business Processes Consultant Role

As a trusted partner to our customers at SAP, you will play a vital role in their journey to the cloud, from initial deployment planning to continuous value engineering. This position requires a deep understanding of the cloud business model, ERP processes across functional borders, and a service-oriented attitude focused on customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities

  • Provide application-specific solution consulting for SAP TM implementation, including creation of business blueprints, execution planning, test case creation, and post-go-live support.
  • Perform feasibility studies and solution reviews to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  • Support pre-sales activities, such as commercial proposal development.


Requirements and Expectations

  • Live and breathe the cloud business model and its implications for implementation and post-implementation service business.
  • Ensure customer success, satisfaction, and referenceability for S/4HANA Cloud customers.
  • Understand S/4HANA Cloud business capabilities and value, differentiating it from on-premise solutions.
  • Promote methodology, tools, and processes to ensure successful customer adoption.
  • Deliver agile services in a fast-changing environment.
  • Support the industrialization of the implementation process.
  • Understand and practice value-based 'fit to standard' delivery approach.
  • Support and deliver transition roadmaps between on-prem and Cloud solutions.
  • Understand the adoption of the value-based innovation roadmap and guide customers in their journey.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of modeling standards and tools.
  • Map and re-define business processes in the Supply chain.
  • Understand Customer Success promoting BUSINESS OUTCOMES.


Work Experience Requirements

  • Functional experience with minimum TWO years in Logistics applications.
  • Implementation experience in SAP TM or Logistics Processes.
  • Involved in at least ONE full cycle implementation in SAP TM.
  • Good understanding of cross-industry and specific planning of business processes.
  • Understands the Business Process in the Supply Chain.


Education and Qualification/Skills and Competencies

  • University degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Spanish fluent.
