**Job Summary**

Autozone Business And Technology Store Support Center is seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Manager to lead our Digital User Acceptance Testing (UAT) team. As a key member of our Digital business team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the UAT process for software and technology projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans to ensure that software and technology projects meet the needs and expectations of end-users.
  • Work closely with product owners and agile project teams to identify and resolve any issues that arise during the UAT process.
  • Manage the UAT timeline and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Establish and develop a new India Digital organization, including organizational planning, recruiting, team development, individual development, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with other global Digital Management team members to develop Digital business capabilities at Autozone.
  • Build, coach, and manage a team of senior and junior UAT Analysts, as well as help to do the same for US and India-based Autozoners, as well as UAT contractors.
  • Provide leadership to our UAT Center of Excellence (CoE) by implementing new ideas and industry best-in-class testing techniques.
  • Lead analysts in the design and execution of UAT strategies and methods to deliver innovative experiential software products.
  • Collaborate with agile teams, including product management, IT, and user experience (UX) team members to ensure that business, product, and customer journey goals are addressed by test strategies, scripts, data models, and plans.
  • Provide leadership, insights, and direction to agile teams based on testing results and root cause analysis.
  • Develop test automation strategies, improve automation quality, and increase the % of automated UAT test cases.

**Requirements**
