Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve the document control process within SAP/DMS/ViFlow
  • Create and review procedures, processes, and work instructions as needed
  • Maintain employee training and audit databases
  • Analyze data from SAP and FL X reports to drive business decisions
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and sub-metrics to support business objectives
  • Present data to management and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other quality departments as needed
  • Perform other projects and tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Electronic experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Knowledge of SAP or comparable MRP system a plus

Work Environment:

  • Full-time position
  • Competitive hourly rate: $1.00 - $2.00 per hour
  • Day shift, Monday to Friday
  • Benefits package includes company parking, major medical insurance, life insurance, and meal service

Experience:

  • Quality Systems Engineer: 3 years of experience required
  • Advanced English language skills required
