We are seeking a skilled Corporate Administrator to provide exceptional support to our executive team. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless information flow.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Serve as the primary point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners.

- Effectively manage schedules, set up meetings, and maintain accurate records.

- Utilize strong writing and review skills to create engaging presentations in PowerPoint.

- Supervise and guide other clerical staff to ensure efficient office operations.

- Take minutes during important meetings and ensure timely distribution of correspondence.

- Screen and direct phone calls, as well as distribute mail and packages.

- Maintain and organize the office filing system for optimal accessibility.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Proven work experience in a similar role, with excellent MS Office knowledge.

- Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with discretion and confidentiality.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $13,000 - $19,000 per month, commensurate with experience.

**Location and Relocation:**

Monterrey, N.L., Mexico is our primary location, and relocation is required before starting work.
