Office Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Uline.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to management, including daily reporting and correspondences, running reports, queries, and preparing presentations. Additionally, they will be responsible for ordering office supplies as needed, maintaining positive vendor relations, planning and preparing events for branch and corporate visitors, and handling special project requests when required.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (verbal and written) are essential for this role.
  • Prior experience in Office Administration or Management is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills are vital for success in this position.

Compensation:
