The Training Rehabilitation And Development Institute is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our day-to-day operations and ensure work is performed according to contract.

About the Role

This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team, make strategic decisions, and maintain confidentiality. As Operations Director, you will be responsible for ensuring employees, subcontractors, and vendors comply with contractual requirements and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Act as the point of contact with the Government and make decisions on contract matters.
  • Quality Control and Safety: Manage the Quality Control and Safety Program, contract budget, and personnel scheduling.
  • Process Improvement: Review and improve processes, set employee expectations, and provide training.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Ensure standard work practices are followed and complete reports, inspections, and logs as required by the contract.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: At least 10 years of relevant work experience in a multi-location environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office Package and experience with labor unions, regulatory laws, and affirmative action plans.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
