Marketing Automation Lead Position Overview

The Quantum Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Lead to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, this individual will be responsible for designing, testing, executing, and reporting marketing campaigns within the Marketo platform, as well as maintaining database health and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Marketo campaigns to drive demand generation and pipeline acceleration.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to execute best-in-class Marketo programs that support the buyer journey.
  • Maintain data hygiene to ensure accurate segmentation and targeting.
  • Implement marketing automation best practices and optimize database growth through continued testing and analysis.
  • Deliver reporting and analysis on program performance, conversion, attribution, and effectiveness.
  • Ensure all program assets and data management comply with relevant regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years' experience within the Marketo platform with proven technical proficiency.
  • Marketo Certified Expert preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of dynamic program implementation, including template coding, analysis, and legislation.
  • Intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email and landing page development.
  • Functional knowledge of digital marketing ecosystems, content marketing, and paid and owned media.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills.
