About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and traditional media.
  • Lead in market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing strategies remain competitive and effective.

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of marketing experience in a gaming or corporate environment.
  • High level of fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Experience in brand management, product marketing, or marketing operations.
  • Experience with various social media platforms, content creation, and management.
  • Skilled in analytical and quantitative thinking with the ability to assess KPI data and focus on ROI metrics.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, independent, organized, and proactive.
  • Great teammate with strong collaboration skills who is comfortable with open and consistent communication.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and writing skills.
  • Meticulous level of detail and proficiency in using content management systems.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in interactive entertainment industries.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in UA is a plus.
