Senior Geoscientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Geoscientist to join our Exploration and Technical Assurance team at Eni Mexico in Mexico City, Mexico.

• Define the regional geological framework of sedimentary basins through synthesis and integration of geological and geophysical information and data.
• Consolidate exploration knowledge through scouting and monitoring activities to support the generation and selection of exploration opportunities.
• Represent the distribution of geological features through the creation of geological maps and sections to identify and characterize exploration plays.
• Identify, elaborate, and model geological components that characterize hydrocarbon generation and accumulation, integrating various specialized studies.
• Conduct integrated interpretation of seismic data, from regional to prospect/target scale, to identify and characterize structural and/or stratigraphic traps.
• Integrate geological evaluation of seismic data with information derived from analysis of main seismic attributes.
• Integrate seismic/geological model with non-seismic geophysical data.
• Elaborate objectives for geophysical data acquisition to recommend execution of specialized studies.
• Support established specialized services in related well planning and evaluate results obtained during intermediate and final phases.

• Good knowledge of English, Italian a plus.

• Project Management (General Project Management).
• Reservoir: Reservoir Modeling, Well Operations and Production Optimization.
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc).
• Experience in the Oil & Gas Industry.
