Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Support Associate to join our team. This role will provide administrative support to various departments across the hotel, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including preparation of documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and vendors, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
  • Act as a liaison between the Sales Office and clients, coordinating event logistics and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and departments, supporting team goals and objectives.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management, ensuring a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support or related role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
