About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Experience Design to lead multidisciplinary design projects from concept to execution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for framing opportunities with clients, structuring and running research activities, planning and facilitating collaborative workshops, and overseeing the creation of high-fidelity design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and design multi-channel digital solutions with different disciplines in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams through complex projects, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Partner closely with clients to understand their needs and goals, serving as an internal champion to ensure our work meets their expectations.
  • Plan, conduct, and interpret primary and secondary research to inform user interaction and visual direction.
  • Collaborate on and influence the different stages of a digital product, including shaping project scope, driving internal and external strategy, and conducting research.
  • Plan and host collaborative workshops and work sessions with internal and external teams.
  • Lead teams in the creation of experience and/or product design artifacts, including archetypes, customer journeys, service blueprints, ecosystems, initial concepts, prototypes, design directions, design systems, and detailed design documentation.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in experience design, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will also need to have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
