Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at Sig Group. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable, including invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and vendor communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage vendor relationships, including communication and negotiation of payment terms
- Prepare and review payment plans, ensuring timely and accurate payments
- Perform monthly reconciliations of supplier and intercompany accounts
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP/S4H
- 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field
